We are committed to a mostly raw vegetarian diet and we eat as much as we can from our farm, including plenty of wild food. The majority of the fruit and vegetables that we buy are grown by a local organic farmer. Fresh raw goat milk and cheese is bought from a family in the local village.
The delicious communal meals are a big part of our shared life together and are often occasions for profound inquiry and much laughter...
We are self-sufficient in medicine with our resident naturopath Mim well-versed in homeopathics, herbal and nutritional supplements.
